Suprabox AA & AC – Water or Gel-Filled Door Breaching Charges
The SUPRABOX AA and SUPRABOX AC are modular water or gel-filled breaching charges designed for rapid forced entry on a wide range of targets, from heavy armoured doors and shutters to light internal doors and windows. Both models generate a focused high velocity water or gel blade that defeats the target while minimising blast effects on personnel and surrounding structures.
Description
The SUPRABOX family provides a versatile solution for neutralising devices and forcing entry through a wide variety of targets, including reinforced doors, metal or fire-rated doors, timber doors, shutters, windows and fragile enclosures. The system is composed of two independent compartments that clip together quickly for rapid deployment.
Front compartment: holds the explosive and includes a predefined groove network to position detonating cord precisely.
Rear compartment: contains the water or optional tamping gel and is fitted with double-sided adhesive for fast, secure attachment to the target.
Operators set the detonating cord length according to the target, allowing fine control of the charge effect.
Gel option (factory filled)
SUPRABOX can be supplied pre-filled with a high-performance tamping gel either in both compartments or in the rear compartment only. The gel preserves the energy-focusing properties of water while offering major logistical and operational advantages in extreme or cold environments.
