Supraconic 24-86 – Compact High-Precision Perforating Charge

The SUPRACONIC 24-86 is a lightweight and compact perforating charge designed for UXO neutralisation and precision operations requiring controlled jet impact.

Description

The Supraconic 24-86 is a high-precision perforating explosive charge designed for low-order neutralisation of unexploded ordnance (UXO, ERW) and for operations requiring exact control of the jet’s point of impact.

Compact, lightweight and easy to handle, the charge features a flexible foot base that conforms to the shape of the target and an integrated pointer enabling accurate alignment of the impact point. The standoff is easily adjustable in 12 mm increments (½ caliber) thanks to an innovative positioning and locking system, ensuring repeatable and optimised performance across different targets.

For enhanced safety, the charge is fitted with a mechanical locking device securing the detonator in its primer well. It is initiated with a No. 8 or No. 12 detonator.

An optional tripod further extends its operational versatility by allowing non-contact use against mines or ammunition and enabling the head to be oriented at different angular attack positions.
