Supraflex

Description

The Supraflex is a range of high performance, flexible linear cutting charges. Designed specifically to meet the needs of the Armed Forces, particularly demolition, breaching and EOD specialists, the Supraflex is also beneficial in civilian sectors such as demolition in the nuclear and offshore industries.

Each charge in the Supraflex range combines high density foam, an innovative highly flexible composite liner and an optimally sized stand-off. This symbiotic combination results in the delivery of optimum performance.

The Supraflex range comprises eight different models, each covering a wide range of cutting capacities from 10 to 45mm in S275 steel. This versatility ensures an ideal match for the specific requirements of any operation.

To ensure reliable charge initiation, Suprameca has developed an initiation module that can be conveniently placed anywhere along the charge. In addition, Supraflex charges have a robust, integrated adhesive at the base to facilitate secure attachment to a wide range of targets.

When deployed, Supraflex charges produce a blade-shaped, two-dimensional, stable, high-speed metal jet cut.
